Ебахго..
Моят толуп се роди почти недоносен в края на 8-мия месец. Беше точно колкото едно по-голямо пиле.
На година беше 12 кила. Сега на 2.5 е 1 метър и 17кг.
Изобщо да ходят да го духат тия със схемите за захранване, оризчета, плодчета, кашички и т.н.

Преди 10-на дни опитах да поръчам нещо (просто там го намерих), но ти хващат паунда на 2.48 та няма смисъл. Намерих си същото нещо в немския амазон на същата цена, но в евро

Иначе като чек аутваш, трябва да пазаруваш в паундове и да оставиш твоята банка да обръща, не амазон.

Не бъркам, ама може да не съм се изразил правилно
Мисълта ми беше за някоя по-лека НВ-ВМ диетка, с която да започна и която да развивам впоследствие до пълноценен НВ-ВМ режим на хранене

Няма лека или тежка. Ако не спазваш съотношението протеини/мазнини/въглехидрати просто не си на НВХ.

Meanwhile humans inhabiting northern climates received less sun exposure than people in most parts of Africa. Light skin absorbs Vitamin D from the sun much more rapidly than dark skin and so becomes a real advantage from certain latitude, according to the theory.
